Two charities will benefit from the sale of one Woodville Gardens home.
The househunter who secures one Woodville Gardens home at auction won’t just be buying a house – they’ll also be making huge donations to two charities.
The entire sale price of the property at 109 Humphries Tce will be equally split and donated to the Animal Welfare League and the Hospital Research Foundation.
LJ Hooker Adelaide Metro’s Troy Tyndall said the three-bedroom house’s deceased owner identified the two charities in his will as the beneficiaries of its sale.
“One hundred per cent of the proceeds are going to charity,” said Mr Tyndall, who is selling the property with Luke Mitchell.

“He had a soft spot for animals and he had some illnesses in later years … he figured the hospital system helped him so he could help too.
“Someone will get a home, a dog could go to a new home and someone could go home from hospital.”
The house, which is on a 468sqm corner block, is listed with an auction price guide of $690,000 but Mr Tyndall said it could fetch as much as $750,000.
He said it was attracting strong interest ahead of its auction on Saturday.
“I’ve had repeated visitors and … a number of people doing building inspections,” he said.
Knowing the sale price will go to charity was making it more appealing to some buyers, Mr Tyndall said.
“It’s a great opportunity for someone to get a house for a fair price and it’s a win-win,” he said.
