Madison area buyers will notice more properties being listed for sale in February. But along with enjoying more listings, buyers will also experience more competition. When a promising home becomes available, buyers should schedule their showing immediately and be prepared to write a competitive offer

Sellers

Madison area sellers will experience a noticeable increase in showings, as market dynamics will continue to improve for sellers. Along with more showings, sellers will experience more competing offers. Some sellers may even experience bidding wars spurred by multiple competing offers.
