2 weeks ago 8

With new land estates emerging across the Surf Coast, Bellarine Peninsula and Gippsland, buyers have more opportunities to build by the beach without leaving the state.

Victoria might not always be the first state that comes to mind when Australians talk about beach living, but its coastline delivers some of the country’s most varied seaside settings.

From the Surf Coast through to the Bellarine Peninsula and Gippsland, Victoria’s coastal regions offer varied settings for buyers looking to build and stay long term.

Across Victoria, new estates are creating opportunities to design homes that make the most of their access to the ocean, and often within commuting distance of major regional centres.

Torquay, Surf Coast

Torquay sits at the heart of Victoria’s Surf Coast and is widely recognised as the gateway to the Great Ocean Road. Known for its world class beaches and deep surf culture, it also offers strong everyday amenity and easy access to Geelong.
