Channel 9 NRL presenter Emma Lawrence is getting very busy during the footy off season

“Off-season about to get busy!” Channel 9 NRL presenter Emma Lawrence posted to Instagram when she announced back in June that she and television producer partner Thomas Blucher-Hughes were set to have their first child.

It has indeed been busy ever since because the couple have since bought their first home together at Breakfast Point and then renovated it before they recently moved in ahead of their baby’s birth.

They’ve spent $1.4m on the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, with two balconies through Tracy Ju at Asset Superior Management. It also has a study nook, and basement car space plus a storage cage.

The apartment last sold for $748,000 in 2013.
