TikTok-Famous LaBrant Family Tease Relisting of Their $5.4 Million Tennessee Mansion—More Than a Year After Taking It Off the Market

Married TikTok influencers Savannah and Cole LaBrant are preparing to put their sprawling Tennessee home back on the market for $5.4 million—sparking furious speculation that they are planning to move out of the state.

Savannah, 33, and Cole, 29, purchased the elegant Nashville home in 2022 for $4.5 million, two years before they put it on the market for the first time, when it was listed for just a matter of weeks before being removed.

Before listing the home for the first time, the couple revealed that they were in the process of building an enormous custom compound on a plot of land nearby, where they planned to move with their five children: Everleigh, 13, who Savannah shares with her late former partner, Tommy Smith, as well as Posie Rayne, 7; Zealand Cole, 5; Sunday Savannah, 3, and Beckham Blue, 1.

They did not share their reasons for removing the listing so quickly, however it was suggested by some of their fans that work on their compound had been delayed.

According to Savannah's TikTok, where has more than 30 million followers, the family has continued to reside in the six-bedroom abode in the months since it was taken off the market, filming multiple videos inside the property, from dancing clips to promotions for Everleigh's new skincare brand.

Everleigh has played a significant role in her mother's content for years now, ever since Savannah launched her first online endeavor: a fashion blog that regularly featured images of her daughter.

After Savannah wed Cole in 2017, the two began regularly filming content about their lives as parents to their children, documenting their at-home routines on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

For the last three years, much of that content has been filmed at the family's Tennessee abode, where they moved to from California in 2023 to live a slower lifestyle.

The six-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home was built in 2022 and sits on a private, acre-plus lot with full yard irrigation and large trees. There is also room to build a pool.

An open layout features an entryway with two elegant staircases, while the kitchen is outfitted with a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf gas stove, and large walk-in pantry.

There are two bedrooms on the main level, including the private primary suite.

The home features two sizable laundry rooms and playrooms, with previous listing images revealing a custom school room, complete with desks and a large chalkboard, which is likely where Savannah and Cole teach their oldest kids, who are homeschooled.

Another image revealed several large filming lights arranged in the corner, equipment that has no doubt played an integral part in the family's video posts over the last few years.

The home totals 2,950 square feet of storage and basement space and includes a three-car garage.

While the home is private, it is also walkable to Granny White Market and Radnor Lake.

However, it appears the new home that the family is building will have even more space for their video creation, with Cole and Savannah revealing in April 2024 that the new property will sit on a staggering 18 acres.

Sharing an image of the plot on Instagram, the couple wrote: "WOO!!! We just bought our dream 18 acre property. SO excited. Feels surreal."

They then laid out their plans for the land, explaining that they planned to build a farmhouse, guest spaces, and a barn, while also creating space for cows, horses, chickens, and goats.

While sharing what they were most looking forward to in their new home, the couple offered some insights into their more ambitious plans for the property, explaining that they hope to host marriage retreats on the property and set up a homeschool for kids in the neighborhood.

Looking ahead, they revealed what is "next up" for them, writing: "Fruit trees, bridge over pond for fishing off, four wheelers, bonfires, fireflies, playing in the creek, summer pool days, mountain sunsets, grilling out, marriage retreats, neighborhood homeschool barn, worship night for our kids and their friends, slowing life down as best we can with our five kids."

Savannah and Cole have not revealed whether the property is now completed, and their most recent social media content shows that they are still residing in their Tennessee home, which is not yet on the market, but is being touted as a "coming soon" property on the Compass website, where Davey Hackett is highlighted as the listing agent.

Interestingly, new listing photos shared on the Compass website show that some of the main living spaces in the home have been cleared of all furniture, suggesting that the family may be preparing to vacate the dwelling for good.

Despite the family's public declaration about their new custom home in Tennessee, the reappearance of their Nashville abode on the Compass website has prompted some TikTok users to speculate that they may be preparing to leave the state altogether.

In one viral video about the listing, a TikTok user who goes by the name @l1vel0vel3sbi4n posed one theory about the couple's move—suggesting that it could be related to a new law that has been passed in Tennessee that prevents influencers from monetizing content that features children under the age of 14.

Senate Bill 1469 also requires adult influencers to share any money earned from a video featuring a minor ages 14 to 17 by placing it in a trust account that the child can access when they are 18. The law also allows children to request the permanent deletion of a video in which they feature after they turn 18.

The timing of the LaBrant family's home listing has prompted some to suggest they could be preparing to move out of the state to avoid these regulations—however there is no evidence to suggest this is the case.

"The LaBrant's family home was spotted for sale, just days after a new law was passed in Tennessee that prevents children from being exploited on social media," @l1vel0vel3sbi4n said in their video.

"Now that those laws have hit, Cole and Sav are going to be out of money because we all know that neither of them are capable of working a proper job and they have no qualifications."

However, many commenters were quick to defend them, calling attention to the fact that they have already shared their plan to move into a larger, custom dwelling.

"They are moving into a bigger house," one person said, as another chimed in: "I thought they were building a house that’s why their house is for sale."
