A Melbourne real estate agent has paid tribute to iconic sports commercials in his latest viral video which even features an AI-generated cast of Brazilian and Portuguese soccer legends.
Collings Real Estate’s Christian Gravias and his media team have used special effects and artificial intelligence to generate an ensemble including current and past champions of the game, such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Ronaldinho Gaúcho, Neymar, Pele and Roberto Carlos, for the clip that’s promoting a Fairfield house listing.
Mr Gravias has already released a number of videos showcasing the 234 Station St home that’s for sale with a $2.1m-$2.3m range.

An earlier recording used AI to garb Mr Gravias in superhero Iron Man’s suit and have him crash through the home’s ceiling.
The agent said the latest clip was inspired by the famous Nike commercials which showcased soccer players in the lead-up to both the 1998 and 2006 World Cups.
The earlier version of the advertisement filmed the players showing off their soccer skills in an airport terminal, while the latter – taglines “Joga Bonito” (Play Beautifully) – also displayed their athletic prowess.

In Mr Gravias’ video, the players can be seen kicking a soccer ball through the home and into the backyard, sitting inside and later punting the ball through the laundry chute.
Within 24 hours of being loaded to Instagram, the video racked up 125,000 views, plus 15,000 shares each on Insta and TikTok.
“We had some strong inquiry come through that as well,” Mr Gravias said.
Mr Gravias said that with the 2026 World Cup approaching, he was inspired to feature the home in a related clip to capitalise on nostalgia for the older Nike advertisements.

Recording the video took four to five hours while the special effects were completed in about four to five days, he added.
“We’re seeing a growing trend where real estate campaigns are becoming more entertainment- and culture-driven rather than traditional advertising, and this campaign was designed to test that idea,” Mr Gravias said.
He added that the soccer- and Iron Man-themed videos had been created to gain viral attention and funnel viewers to other clips of the home, along with its Instagram page and online listing.

When asked if he’d considered the many millions of dollars it would take to recruit the real-life Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Neymar, Pele and Carlos to film an ad, Mr Gravias said that would no doubt be a “pretty crazy” venture.
He noted that some well-known soccer players, such as Ronaldinho, have embraced artificial intelligence through licensed AI avatars and digital platforms, along with other sports celebrities.
“So for them, they want people to be creating content around them – obviously it’s got to be tasteful,” Mr Gravias said.
“You can’t do anything that’s going to put their name in a bad light, but for them it’s all about attention, they’re getting free attention, and it just promotes their brand.”

There’s also a smart home system, off-street parking for two vehicles and a self-contained suite with a private ensuite and courtyard.
