To crack the top 10 home sales of the year list in 2024, buyers needed a minimum spend of $3.625m.

But this has not been the case so far in 2025.

To the halfway point this year, homes in the $2.75m-plus range are ranked in the top sales list.

So the question is, are there any current listings that could leapfrog sales from the first half of the year?
