If walls could talk, the sprawling mansion at the centre of Australia’s most scandalous new reality series would probably need a gag order.
A glamorous Gold Coast home has been unmasked as the secret filming location for Turned On — the controversial new series pulling back the covers on the lucrative sex industry.
Tucked away in what’s fast becoming known as the “Beverly Hills of Burleigh Heads”, the ultra-luxe estate known as Savaya was booked as a backdrop for the show, which explores the “dirty, sexy money” of adult content creation.
Savaya is available to hire from about $3500 per day
With its glowing LED-lit heated pool, alfresco entertaining zones, cinema room, and private basketball court, it’s a property custom-built for the cameras.
Owner-builder Melanie Ireland said the home was intentionally designed to capture attention.
“We run a business where we do all the designs ourselves,” Ms Ireland said.
“We spent 18 months designing Savaya, very much focused on it being a family home, but also for content creation.
“Upstairs are all the bedrooms, and then downstairs you have the living room, the theatre room, the pool, and the basketball court — it all doubles as a really good content creation house.”
Other features for content creating include a “hotel-inspired suite” with a lavish wrap-around closet and huge ensuite with makeup stations.

Ms Ireland shares the home with her husband, three teenage children, and two dogs.
“What began as our family home quickly became a place where celebrations came to life,” the couple shared on their website, noting the property is “refreshingly removed from the noise” of the glitter strip.
