Demand for the wider district is climbing, too – searches across the Bayside region rose 9% over the past year, according to realestate.com.au.
And the suburb has held its value where others haven't: Dingley Village's median house price grew 6.2% in the year to May 2026, even as Melbourne's overall median edged down 0.1%, PropTrack data shows.
