Construction is expected to start later this year and be finished by late next year.
With a growing demand for premium homes in sought-after locations, the apartments are appealing to local downsizers and young professionals getting into the market with their parents’ support.
The project is led by local developer Rob Colangelo and designed in collaboration with Paulo Piteo from boutique architecture and design firm PITEO.

Mr Colangelo said it was born out of the changing needs of eastern suburbs buyers, who wanted to remain connected to the community they knew and loved.
“We saw a real opportunity to deliver something considered and enduring for people who value quality and location,” he said.
“For downsizers, The Lambert offers the chance to stay local without compromise.

“For younger buyers, it presents an opportunity to establish themselves in one of Adelaide’s most desirable areas with a home that can evolve with them over time.”
Mr Piteo said their focus for its design was calm and timeless residences that prioritised comfort and longevity.
“We wanted each home to feel warm, familiar and highly functional – spaces filled with natural light, generous living zones and a strong sense of calm,” he said.
“The architecture responds respectfully to the established character of Royston Park while offering a contemporary standard of living that will remain relevant for decades to come.”
Prospective buyers can register their interest on the project’s website.
