Australia’s reigning social media queen has slapped a strict “no public open homes” rule on the luxury home she is offloading after six years.
The fitness entrepreneur paid $2.88m for the swish double-storey Gold Coast estate in 2020, settling on her big-ticket buy just two weeks later.

Already blessed with Instagram-worthy views of the city skyline, the dream home has undergone a serious glow-up since, regularly featuring as an aspirational backdrop in Hembrow’s endless stream of online updates for her 18 million-plus followers.
But the 32-year-old mum of three has drawn the line at showcasing the Broadbeach Waters home in real life.
She has instructed her agent to vet all prospective buyers, ensuring they are “qualified” before being permitted to inspect the property via private appointment or during a heavily restricted viewing schedule.

Described as a “Timeless Main River Haven”, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is set on a 979 sqm block with 30.6m of prime Nerang River frontage and is protected from prying eyes by security gates.
The mansion has been the backdrop to a highly publicised, chaotic few years for the star.
It’s the same home she shared with ex-fiance, ironman Matt Poole, the father of her youngest daughter, Posy, and more recently stood witness to her whirlwind romance with Love Island alum Matt Zukowski.

Also last year, Hembrow posted Tik Tok videos filmed in the home with former partner Reece Hawkins and their two children, Saskia and Wolf, later revealing she tried to rekindle their relationship.
Now, with her 23-year-old model boyfriend Grayson Te Moana on the scene and the recent shock closure of her eight-year athleisure empire Saski, Hembrow is moving on again.
She’s selling into a turbulent broader market showing its first signs of slowing after years of boom conditions.
