Sydney buyers have splashed $20 million on five luxury apartments in a $150 million Gold Coast development.
The 33-storey Arden residential tower in Broadbeach, officially launched earlier this month following a successful off-market campaign, will include 25 residences starting at $4m.

The development, by NBFI Invest, will be delivered in partnership with construction group Paynter Dixon and marketed through Highland.
Located at 152 Surf Pde, the building will feature a private double storey penthouse with rooftop, two double storey sub-penthouses, and 22 full-floor apartments, each crafted to deliver exceptional scale, privacy and uninterrupted coastal outlooks.
The Highland team have closed on five sales totalling $20 million, after strong pre-market interest from Sydney buyers.

Highland CEO David Highland said this level of early demand highlighted the enduring appeal of the Gold Coast’s luxury apartment market.
“Demand from Sydney buyers has been particularly strong, with many looking for a residence that combines the lifestyle of the Gold Coast with the level of quality and scale they’re accustomed to in premium Sydney developments,” he said.
“To see 20 per cent of the project secured within the first week of launch demonstrates both the scarcity of full-floor residences in this part of Broadbeach and the strength of buyer confidence in the team behind Arden.”

NBFI executive chairman Peter Wright said the early sales activity reflected strong underlying demand for boutique, high-end residential offerings in the Gold Coast’s most established lifestyle precinct.
“Broadbeach continues to evolve as one of Australia’s premier beachfront destinations, and Arden has been carefully designed to meet the expectations of buyers seeking privacy, scale and sophistication,” Mr Wright said.

“The early response to the project has been extremely encouraging and reinforces our confidence in the strength of the luxury residential market on the Gold Coast.”
Each of the full-floor residences across levels three to seven have been designed to maximise open plan living and natural light, with floor plans starting from 251 sqm and capturing both park and water views.
Arden also features a series of dual level sub-penthouses and a signature dual level penthouse, complemented by a full suite of amenities.
