Surf champion Mick Fanning’s designer beachside home built around an indoor skate ramp has become the hottest property for sale in Qld right now.
The three-time world champion surfer is taking the property to auction on November 23, with PropTrack data showing it was currently the most viewed property listing in the Sunshine State.
Fanning splashed $3m on the 2018-built house in 2021, with home values surging about 35 per cent since then, according to PropTrack data.
Fanning and his partner, Breeana Randall, share two young children and own several other properties totalling about $10m in the area.
The Tugun house was built by local entrepreneurs Luke and Bec Conforti over a single level on a block fronting Currumbin Creek, just 400m from the beach and backing onto Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.
