Fanning splashed $3m on the 2018-built house in 2021, with home values surging about 35 per cent since then, according to PropTrack data.

Fanning and his partner, Breeana Randall, share two young children and own several other properties totalling about $10m in the area.

The Tugun house was built by local entrepreneurs Luke and Bec Conforti over a single level on a block fronting Currumbin Creek, just 400m from the beach and backing onto Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

It even comes with an indoor skate ramp.

Taking pride of place is a 3ft plywood skate ramp, housed in a purpose-built airconditioned room that is the size of a double garage.

Coastal agent Emisha Canning is marketing the property, describing it as a “sleek yet soulful sanctuary”.

“Tucked away on a 1269sq m block, a wildlife wonderland with turtles, swans, and pelicans awaits, complemented by 51m of creek frontage,” the listing states.

“Enjoy this tranquil outlook everyday from an elevated alfresco deck, which seamlessly connects with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area indoors.”
