You don’t have to venture beyond the boundary to go chasing waterfalls at a Great Ocean Road property with its own spectacular private cascade.

The long-time owners are selling the 32ha farmlet, where they’ve converted a 1930s dairy into a rustic home.
Charles Stewart, Colac agent Josh Lamanna is handling the expression of interest campaign, with the price expected to land between $3.7m and $4m.
He said the listing had already generated strong interest from buyers seeking a lifestyle property with remarkable natural assets.
