Munster’s many accolades include representing Australia at an international level when the nation won the 2022 Rugby League World Cup, winning the Fulton-Reilly Award player of the series at the Rugby League Ashes between Australia and England in 2025, and playing in several NRL grand finals.
Although speculation has swirled about Munster potentially making a move to the Perth Bears, he reportedly rejected their offer in favour of remaining with Melbourne Storm until his contract ends in 2027.
Jellis Craig Boroondara’s Mark Salvati said the Munsters’ house, built 10 years ago, would likely attract a family buyer.

Set among landscaped gardens, it showcases a stone-fitted kitchen with butler’s pantry, servery and dishwasher.
The open plan living and dining area opens via glass doors to the rear garden, where the undercover entertainers’ area has the barbecue kitchen, a drinks fridge and ceiling fan.
“You could open the home up and have very good indoor outdoor living,” Mr Salvati said.
“The outdoor covered entertainers’ area with the barbecue is perfect for weekly catch-ups and barbecues with friends.”
A bedroom and home theatre, study and formal living room, and upstairs’ retreat offer plenty more space.

Also upstairs is the main bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, plus a double ensuite.
Other highlights include a family bathroom with a separate powder room, laundry, hardwood floors, video intercom and internally-accessed double garage.
Mr Salvati said the residence is close to parks, schools and Kew Junction.

There’s plenty of space to kids to play in addition to several parks nearby.
“The proximity to Willsmere Village which has terrific coffee shops, restaurants and an IGA is fantastic too,” Mr Salvati said.
“And Hays Paddock is very close and is great for its walking paths, dog walking and the kids’ playground there.”
The abode will be auctioned at 3pm on May 9.
