A luxury St Kilda apartment featuring a games room inspired by cricket legend Shane Warne is for sale with a $12.5m price tag.
The impressive home in prominent developer Tim Gurner’s Saint Moritz residential complex also boasts an eight-car garage, a $500,000 staircase and $500,000 worth of marble and stone imported from Italy.
Construction of the $550m Saint Moritz residential precinct on a site formerly occupied by a Novotel hotel, and the St. Moritz Ice-skating Palais prior to that, wrapped in 2022.

Football personality Sam Newman was linked to the project but is believed to have later dropped out while businessman Antony Catalano splashed almost $30m on a Saint Moritz penthouse — that is currently for sale.
Shane Warne was also set to take on a residence within the complex although his family sold it following his death.
However, Mr Gurner and his wife Aimee designed the entertainment area within 301G/14-16 The Esplanade after being inspired by the lavish entertainers’ set-up that the spin bowler had planned for his own pad before he passed.
The Saint Moritz complex in St Kilda was built on the site of the former St. Moritz Ice-skating Palais.
Coffered ceilings, herringbone oak flooring, glazing, marble and oak joinery feature in the residence.
No. 301G’s games room showcases a black stone-topped bar, billiards table and lounge area, as the Gurners told the Herald Sun when the apartment was previously listed with a $15m asking price in 2023.
At the time, the couple also outlined how they had spared no expense in putting together the apartment, spending big on the marble and stone throughout, a curving staircase cloaked in Venetian plaster and a $120,000 sauna in the main bedroom’s ensuite.

The games room was inspired by plans Shane Warne had for his own apartment within Saint Moritz, although his family sold the address following the cricketer’s 2022 death.
Aside from Saint Moritz, Mr Gurner’s other high-profile developments include a $3.75bn redevelopment of Chapel St’s Jam Factory, the $1.7bn Elysium Fields lifestyle precinct in Docklands and a $300m luxury hotel and apartment tower on Cunningham Pier, Geelong, in partnership with Costa Property Group.
As well, Mr Gurner owns the private Saint Haven wellness chain which is based in Collingwood, Toorak and South Yarra.
The main kitchen’s 5.5m-long custom marble island bench, with a matching splashback and oak cabinetry that conceals an integrated Liebherr fridge and Gaggenau dishwashers.
The apartment’s private car park can fit up to eight cars.
The four-bedroom Saint Moritz apartment offers 500sq m of floor space across two levels with views of the West Gate Bridge and Melbourne skyline.
The main kitchen is equipped with Gaggenau appliances, a 5.5m-long island bench, butler’s pantry and a servery and bar.
Upstairs, the main bedroom suite showcases a balcony, glass-walled living area with a built-in study, walk-through wardrobe and dressing room.
A wellness-inspired ensuite contains the sauna, a double shower and freestanding bath.
Elsewhere, the apartment is home to a powder room clad in black marble, an office and a laundry with a drying cabinet.

Residents of Saint Moritz have access to a 24/7 concierge, valet, chauffeur, wellness centre, gym, yoga and pilates studios, a 25m-long lap pool, flotation tanks, sauna, salt room, cryotherapy, hair salon and golf simulator.
