Having failed to sell at recent auction, the Burraneer home of NRL player Kyle Flanagan has been given price guidance of $3.9m by Ray White Sutherland Shire agent Tiffany Perez.
Flanagan and his wife, Caity, purchased the home privately from her parents, Craig and Janelle Airey, in 2024 for $2.65m.

The view from the Buraneer home.
It is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom mid-century home with Gunnamatta Bay views.
“Rare cul-de-sac Position, Sweeping Gunnamatta Bay Views,” the listing for the home reads.
“Rarely does a home of this stature come to market in such a tightly held pocket of Burraneer. “Sitting on a generous 662 square metre block in a whisper quiet cul-de-sac, this presents a genuine opportunity to secure a foothold in one of the Sutherland Shire’s most coveted streets.

The home has a $3.9m guide.
Flanagan has owned the home for two years.
The home is in one of the Shire’s ‘most coveted streets’.
“From the moment you step inside, the scale of this home is immediately apparent. Sweeping floor to ceiling glass frames a panoramic canvas of Gunnamatta Bay, with boats dotting the water and the Shire’s leafy foreshore stretching out beyond.
“It is the kind of view that never gets old.”
