No.1 Ram Island, Little Swanport.

One of the most outstanding properties on the Tasmanian market has been sold.

Ram Island off Little Swanport has a new owner.

Peterswald director Nick Morgan sold it.

While listed in the multi-millions, the final sale price for this 26ha slice of paradise is currently undisclosed.

Mr Morgan described the property as “incredible”, and said the private island and custom-built house attracted buyers from all over the globe, including locals and interstate-based buyers.

One buyer flew in from overseas to inspect Ram Island, although that buyer did not end up purchasing it.

“It was bought by someone who has strong ties to Tasmania,” Mr Morgan said.

“He spends a lot of time here.”
