Rivers Bend has been listed with a $29.5m price tag.

A jaw-dropping estate with two pools, a swim up bar, rooftop terrace, and tennis court has been listed with a mega price tag.

The Queensland property has hit the headlines in recent weeks for its design that rivals a five-stat resort.

It hit the market via expressions of interest last month but was this week listed with a jaw-dropping $29.5m price tag.

“The interest has been fairly strong,” said marketing agent Michael Kollosche of Kollosche

“We’ve got a number of people who are looking at it and it was easier to price it.

“Then we can negotiate with parties who have strong interest and the capacity to purchase it.”

Enjoying a north facing position and over 37m of main river frontage, ‘Rivers Bend’ at Carrara on the Gold Coast includes a five-bedroom main residence, two-bedroom guesthouse and a lengthy list of ultra-luxe amenities.

The sprawling estate comes complete with not one but two swimming pools, a swim-up bar, riverside entertaining terrace, rooftop pavilion complete with views to Surfers, and a tennis court, along with fully equipped gym, and a boat pontoon.

“I haven’t seen any near new homes comes to market of this size and scale,” Mr Kollosche said.

“When you look at the price it represents fair value for someone without going through three years with a builder to deliver it, and that’s even if you can get a builder.”

Seller Natalie Miller purchased the property in 2021 with a clear vision of the family home she intended to create.

“I was inspired by the idea of a hidden estate – a sanctuary concealed behind walls,” she said.

“The Entrance features the ‘Rivers Bend’ wall, which not only provides privacy but creates a sense of arrival. We had a clear vision from day one.”

Set down a private driveway lined with date palms, the main residence boasts grand proportions and a timeless European-inspired design.

Entered via a porte cochere, the home spans two storeys, and features formal and informal living spaces, with no expense spared on the property’s premium finishes.

Standout features include a Sovrano marble staircase with strip lighting, crystal chandelier, silk-blend carpets, hand-carved timber cabinetry, and gold-plated accents.

“It’s incredible to live in – the perfect balance of warmth and modern luxury,” Ms Miller said.

While the property offers a sense of grandeur, Ms Miller said its design, layout, and amenities also made it an ideal family home and the ultimate entertainer.

“It’s an incredible place to raise a family and to enjoy life to the fullest,” she said.

From the rooftop terrace to the outdoor living area, dedicated bar, and open arbour overlooking the river, the home features a range of entertaining zones to suit all weather conditions.
