As Shane Warne’s daughter Brooke prepares to tie the knot with her partner Alex Heath, the late cricketer’s distribution of wealth can be exposed.
It comes as Brooke shared touching words her father gave her before his untimely death.
“My Dad had this little saying — keep your head in the stars and your feet on the ground,” Brooke told the Herald Sun.
“Being grounded is very important so it’s been tough but I’m lucky to have the people around me that I do, the support network is very important.
“Some days are a lot easier than others. You could tell me Dad could walk through my front door and I’d believe you.
“He’s still very much present. I don’t think I’ve accepted it yet at all but I’m trying to do what I do and make Dad proud and do something for myself that helps me grow as a person every day.”
Before Warne’s death in 2022 at age 52, he spent more than $65m on a sprawling property empire.
The Australian cricket legend’s children, Brooke, Jackson and Summer, inherited the bulk of his fortune, which was estimated at $20.7m.
His former wife, Simone Callahan, was not listed in the will, while former fiancee, actress Liz Hurley, received nothing from the estate.
Warne’s wealth came from endorsements, commentary work and a massive portfolio of foreign shares. His prized vehicle collection, consisting of a Mercedes-Benz, a BMW and a Yamaha motorbike, went entirely to his son, Jackson.
The spin king was as famous for his high-stakes real estate flips. He owned six enormous homes at Brighton in Melbourne’s bayside alone, where he became known for installing eccentric personal touches.
His various properties featured noise-activated disco balls, 500-bottle wine cellars, a swimming pool inscribed with his cricket No. 23 and a mirrored bedroom ceiling that famously doubled as a Tinder profile picture.

229 THOMAS ST, HAMPTON
Warne grew up near Brighton in the neighbouring suburb of Hampton. His childhood home sold to an investor in 2017 for $1.55m.
It was placed back on the market in 2018 with a $1.35m –$1.485m price guide before eventually selling for $1.465m.

102 ESPLANADE, BRIGHTON
After marrying Callahan in 1995, Warne made his first major Brighton purchase, paying $902,500 in 1996 for a five-bedroom house on the beachfront.
The home included bay views from the terrace, a games room with a built-in bar, a spa ensuite, and a large swimming pool.
He offloaded the property in 2000 for $2.61m.

32 MIDDLE CRES, BRIGHTON
In 2001, the couple purchased a historic 1880-built bluestone Victorian mansion known as ‘Melville’ for $3.51m.
Warne spent millions on renovations before selling it for $8.75m in 2007 following his marital split. The divorce settlement from Callahan reportedly cost him $10m.
But Warne loved the home so much he bought it back a decade later in 2016, paying $14.25m for the single-level estate, which featured a swimming pool, spa, and a mod-grass tennis court.
He finally let go of his favourite house for good in 2018, locking in a lucky $18,888,888 sum in a secret, off-market deal.
The historic home’s modern extensions and pool were later demolished by the new owner in 2020.
The couple’s second home at 32 Middle Cres, was Warnie’s favourite.
16 PARK ST, BRIGHTON
Continuing his bayside property run, Warne purchased a five-bedroom house in 2007 for $3.7m.
He completely flipped the residence, adding a tennis court, home gym, heated pool, home cinema, a wine cellar, and a five-car basement garage fitted with a built-in turntable.
He sold the renovated property for $6.775m in 2009.

6-8 WILLIAM ST, BRIGHTON
Shortly after the Park St sale, Warne paid $8.55m in 2009 for a heritage-listed estate.
He executed another massive overhaul, adding a gym, a grass tennis court, a cinema, paparazzi-proof fencing, and a custom swimming pool stamped with his iconic number 23.
Warne lived in the home with Hurley after the pair began dating in 2010 and got engaged in 2011.
The four-bedroom property was sold for $10.85m after the high-profile couple called off their engagement in 2013.
Warne renovated 6-8 William St, Brighton, which features his cricket number 23 inscribed in the pool.
DONNINGTON HALL, ENGLAND
Before their high-profile split, the A-list couple splashed $11m on a grand Georgian mansion in Herefordshire, England, in 2012.
Warne later revealed on reality TV that the 13-bedroom estate cost between £8 million and £9 million.

11 KINANE ST, BRIGHTON
Back in Melbourne, Warne paid $3.95m for a Mediterranean-inspired mansion named ‘Camden’ located adjacent to the iconic Dendy St beach.
The home featured a designer kitchen with stone benchtops, a wine fridge, an open fireplace, and a heated swimming pool. He sold the property for $5.35m in 2016.
Camden, at 11 Kinane St, Brighton, was Warnie’s first purchase following his break-up with Hurley.
15 NEWBAY CRES, BRIGHTON
In 2018, Warne paid $5.4m for a five-bedroom mansion that he shared with his son, Jackson.
He placed the home back on the market in 2020 with a $6.8m –$7.4m price guide, but struggled to find a buyer during the pandemic.
Following a nine-month campaign and a price reduction to $5.8m –$6.38m, it eventually sold in late 2020 for $5.7m.

SAINT MORITZ PENTHOUSE, ST KILDA
In 2019, Warne bought into developer Tim Gurner’s $540m ultra-luxe, off-the-plan Saint Moritz complex in St Kilda.
Before his death, the cricket icon had grand plans for the bachelor pad, including custom fittings embroidered with his signature number 23.
As the project neared completion, Gurner worked closely with the family estate to facilitate a quiet liquidation, resulting in a $10m offload of the apartment.
Mr Gurner said he cared deeply for Warne and would have loved to have his energy in the building, noting he assisted the family with the final transition.
The identity of the mystery buyer remains unknown.

65-67 DUFFY ST, PORTSEA
Stepping away from his traditional Brighton territory, Warne paid $3.6m in 2020 for a large beachside allotment in Portsea.
He drew up plans to build a palatial family compound featuring a gym, a private theatre, a games room, a library, a bowling alley, a jet ski garage, and a four-bedroom guest wing wrapped around a central pool.
Following his passing, the vacant land. which already featured a clay tennis court, hit the market in 2023 with an asking price of $5.5m –$6m.
