Cranes at Royale Gold Coast

Royale Gold Coast has reached two significant milestones in its construction journey, with the absolute beachfront tower now officially topped out and its signature architectural Crown fully installed.

These achievements mark a defining moment for the development, bringing the tower another step closer to its scheduled March 2026 completion.

Buyers are poised to move in before Easter

The tower topped out with the final Level 38 concrete pour, confirming structural completion. Hutchinson Builders has since advanced construction into its finishing phase, highlighted by the installation of the sculptural Crown now in place atop Royale Gold Coast.

Standing 10m tall, the Crown is an intricate architectural element crafted through precision engineering.

Comprising 40 individually engineered rafter pieces and more than 200 infill feature panels, the structure forms a dramatic sculptural silhouette that embodies the elegance, ambition and identity of Royale Gold Coast.

DD Living founder and managing director David Devine said achieving both milestone represented extraordinary progress for the project team.

“Topping out the tower and now seeing the Crown fully installed are exceptional milestones for Royale Gold Coast and a testament to the skill and dedication of everyone involved,” Devine said.

“This includes the visionary work of architect Koos de Keizer, founding partner and principal of DKO Architects, whose design leadership has been fundamental in shaping Royale Gold Coast into the architectural statement it has become.

“From the outset, my goal was to create an ultra-luxury building of design excellence on one of Australia’s most remarkable beachfront sites.

“The completion of the Crown, now a landmark visible across the Gold Coast landscape, shows how close we are to realising that vision.

“The Crown is a sculptural statement that reflects the design ambition behind Royale.

“Its completion marks the beginning of the final transformation of the tower, I am thrilled to see Royale Gold Coast move confidently toward becoming the landmark I always imagined.”

Situated on an absolute beachfront cornersite at 7–9 Northcliffe Terrace, Surfers Paradise, Royale Gold Coast was designed to maximise its prized northeast aspect, capturing ocean views from every residence.

It has resort-style facilities

The development comprises 104 luxury apartments across 38 levels, each crafted with generous ‘home-size’ floorplans, premium finishes and exceptional privacy.

And stunning water views

TOTAL Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said the combination of topping out and the Crown installation signals significant construction momentum and growing excitement among purchasers.

“Purchasers can now truly appreciate the full architectural form of the building, and enthusiasm continues to grow among buyers seeking a brand-new, absolute beachfront residence with world-class amenities,” Parsons said.

“We only have a limited collection of three and four-bedroom Sky Homes and Beach Homes priced from $5.46 million, offering expansive floor plans and we expect interest to intensify as the final stages progress.”
