HGTV star Christina Haack has given a glimpse into her personal group chats days after she pulled her farmhouse from the market.
Haack had put the property up for sale after winning full ownership in her divorce settlement with Josh Hall but immediately pulled the listing after finding a renter for the home.
The listing drama comes as Haack shared an intimate glimpse inside the group chat she shares with boyfriend Chris Larocca, other ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and his wife, Heather El Moussa — while revealing her surprise at learning her partner and former spouse recently enjoyed an impromptu “boys night” together.
On June 9, the TV personality listed the elegant abode for $5.3 million. Just one day later, the property also became available for rent for $20,000 a month. Picture: Instagram
The 42-year-old offered fans a peek inside the foursome’s private conversation, laying bare the cheeky nickname they have given their group chat, which is jokingly titled “Double Trouble.”
As if that wasn’t sign enough that relations between Haack and her ex are better than ever, the reality star also offered a look at the close bond forming between Larocca and El Moussa, who revealed in the message thread that they’d been spending time together “offline.”
One of the most recent messages posted in the chat featured a selfie of the two men, grinning from ear-to-ear as they enjoyed a game of pool together.
Haack then joked that the photo was one of the last things she had expected to receive, captioning the screenshot: “My boyfriend and Heather’s husband having a boys night ‘offline’ wasn’t on my bingo card.”
Haack and El Moussa, who share daughter Taylor, 15, and son Brayden, 10, have become increasingly close in recent years, having initially struggled to find common ground in the wake of their 2016 split and 2018 divorce.
When the former spouses teamed up on a new HGTV project, “The Flip Off,” in which they star alongside Heather, whom El Moussa wed in 2021, they opened up about how their relationship has evolved over the years, admitting that, while they “went through a lot of stuff,” they are now in “a good place.”

Haack and Heather have also formed a close bond, one that now appears to be being echoed by their respective partners, if the latest group chat exchange is anything to go by.
The friendly dynamic between the foursome is widely expected to feature prominently in the upcoming second season of “The Flip Off,” which began production in September 2025.
Haack revealed in a March interview with Entertainment Tonight that her partner will be making an appearance in the series, although she neglected to share more details about his involvement, simply stating: “Ummm … yeah, he will be involved a little bit.”
While it’s not currently known when the latest season of the series will premiere, Haack has been busy focusing on her own personal real estate endeavours of late, recently securing a “long-term” tenant for her sprawling Tennessee farmhouse, which she had just listed for $20,000 (AUD $29,000) a month.
Hours before putting it on the rental market, Haack had also listed the dwelling for sale, with an asking price of $5.3 million (AUD $7.67 million).
Both of those listings came just over a year after Haack claimed full ownership of the property, which had previously been at the centre of a bitter divorce battle between the renovation expert and her third husband, Josh Hall. Hall moved into the home after they split — and later tried to block Haack from trying to sell it.
Haack first listed the property for sale in October 2024, only to take it off the market three weeks later, when it was revealed that Hall, 45, had filed a temporary emergency order to try to halt the sale of the home, which is known as Parker Branch.
In the order, Hall claimed the property was put up for sale without his consent, insisting that, while his estranged spouse had bought the home before they were married, the “paydown of the mortgage during marriage” entitled him to a say in what happened to it.
As their ugly divorce battle waged on, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom reappeared on the market in December 2024, with the same $4.5 million (AUD $6.51 million) asking price, only to be taken down again in February 2025.

In August 2025, the couple’s divorce was finally settled, with each waiving their right to spousal support. The HGTV star agreed to pay Hall an equalisation payment of $300,000 (AUD 434,000). In return, she was given full control of their home in Newport Beach, CA, where she lives full time, and the Franklin farmhouse.
Hall, meanwhile, kept his own dwelling in Thompson’s Station, TN.
Nearly a year after their divorce was signed off by a judge, Haack seemed ready to return to the real estate market with gusto, relisting her Tennessee abode with the same agent — her close friend Kelly Doughterty of Onward Real Estate.
Much of the listing remained as it appeared when the home was first listed. The 5,200-square-foot dwelling on 23.82 acres was once again described as a “fabulous modern farmhouse,” while its appearance on Haack’s HGTV show, “Christina on the Coast,” was also mentioned.
The description called attention to the many features in the home, which Haack extensively renovated after buying it for $2.5 million (AUD $3.62 million) in February 2021.
Among the more impressive indoor amenities are a stunning wood-burning fireplace in the living room, an “open and bright kitchen,” wood floors, and a “generous owner’s retreat with his-and-hers closets,” as well as an enormous primary bathroom with a freestanding tub.
“Amazing touches throughout with beams, natural stone and [a] dutch door,” the listing noted.
Images revealed the impressive attention to detail that was paid during the overhaul of the abode, which features exposed brick and enormous windows that flood the main living areas with light.
When the dwelling was originally listed, its many elegant features were somewhat overshadowed by the furious battle between Haack and Hall, who announced in July 2024 that they were divorcing after less than three years of marriage.
