Magnite, a sell-side advertising company, is teaming up with RE/MAX to help the brokerage franchisor grow its commerce media business.

“We know brands are looking for precision and efficiency, and enabling our data through the supply side helps deliver both,”  Abby Lee, RE/MAX’s executive vice president of marketing, communications and events, said in a statement. “We’re excited to work with Magnite to bring our commerce media strategy to life through the REMAX Media Network, and offer advertisers smarter, more powerful ways to reach the people making major life purchases with the right message at the right time.”

According to the release, RE/MAX will work with Magnite to “monetize its onsite digital inventory and activate its first-party home buyer data offsite.” The company said this will create new opportunities for brands to reach prospective buyers who are ready to transact.

“Leveraging Magnite’s curation tools, REMAX will enrich media supply with its proprietary first-party homebuyer data, and package premium audience segments based on critical attributes such as income level, age, and homebuying stage,” RE/MAX said in its release.

The company said that the data will reflect real-time homebuyer intent signals that can be utilized by lenders, homeowners insurance providers and those in the home improvement and design space.

RE/MAX launched its Media Network in December of 2024. The network includes digital and offline activations throughout RE/MAX’s North American footprint. It uses RE/MAX’s digital ecosystem to provide advertisers a platform to connect with consumers.

During RE/MAX’s Q2 2025 earnings call last Wednesday, executives noted that the Media Network was beginning to contribute to the company’s topline. However, the launch of the venture has been slower than they anticipated due to the impact of the macro economic environment on advertising spend.
