Pacific Harbour is aligning with market demands by introducing three innovative and affordable home designs at its new Bribie Island display village.
This marks the final opportunity to secure a rare piece of one of South East Queensland’s most stunning land developments.
Situated just an hour's drive from both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, Bribie Island is celebrated for its beautiful coastline, sandy beaches, natural landscapes, and premier recreational spots.
QM Properties, with a three-decade association with Bribie Island, is now marketing the final 100 blocks at Pacific Harbour, including canal, waterside, golf front, and lakefront landholdings.
These available lots range from 450sqm to 1100sqm in size, priced between $565,000 and $1.75 million.

An affordable and stunning sea-change location
QM Properties’ General Sales Manager, Damien Ross, stated that affordable new builds at Pacific Harbour have attracted buyers aiming to tackle current market challenges such as the competitive housing market and mortgage stress, particularly in larger cities.
Ross noted that while baby boomers and lifestyle seekers initially saw the value in Pacific Harbour as a cost-effective and peaceful coastal retreat, more families are now recognising the benefits of island living.
“Bribie Island offers exceptional appeal with its beaches and Pumicestone Passage, ideal for recreation and fishing. It provides easy access to Moreton Bay," Ross said.
“While traditionally favoured by retirees and baby boomers, the demographic is shifting as more families are moving in for the lifestyle.
"Now, it's a mix of families and outdoor enthusiasts. Bribie Island offers beach driving, four-wheel driving, and fishing — it's a haven for outdoor lovers.”
Buyers are becoming more concerned with lifestyle than ever in the 2024 market.
Steady growth on investments
According to PropTrack data, Bribie Island suburbs like Banksia Beach, Bongaree, and Woorim have seen significant growth over the past year.
House values in Banksia Beach surged by 8.2%, Woorim houses rose by 5.1%, and Bongaree houses increased by 4.1%.
Notably, the unit and apartment market in Bongaree saw impressive growth of 17.2%, and Woorim units rose by 7.8% over 12 months.
Ross mentioned that limited canal blocks and lots fronting the Pacific Harbour Golf and Country Club remain available.
The golf course land is part of a body corporate that includes access to a gym and swimming pool for residents.
“We’re nearing the final chance to buy land on beautiful Bribie Island,” he said. “The island is landlocked by national park, preventing further development.
"These are rare waterfront lots on the canal with the option to add a pontoon and have your boat right out front.
The canal lots are freehold land without body corporate fees, ranging from 700sqm to 1100sqm — very spacious and accommodating.”
Display homes are there for buyers to really get a feel for what life could be like on Bribie Island.
