Port Lincoln tuna titan Hagen Stehr has offloaded his North Adelaide house that served as his city base for almost 25 years.
The property at 110 Mills Tce sold in mid November but property records now reveal the ink on the $2.875m deal has dried.
Ray White Norwood agents Joe Hibeljic and Stefan Tankosic facilitated the property’s sale.
Mr Tankosic said an owner occupier purchased the three-bedroom home, which was in a prime position overlooking North Adelaide Golf Course.

The property overlooks the North Adelaide Golf Course.
“It was a pleasure to do business for the family,” he said.
Mr Stehr, a pioneer in the development of the Australian southern bluefin tuna industry, built the house in 2001.
Property records show he bought the site in 1999 for $345,000.
Countless family memories and business dealings with big names, including politicians, have been made at the property over the years.
Mr Stehr said in July that he was selling the property following a family tragedy.
“As a base it was second to none,” the German native said.
“A lot of people say, ‘Oh, you will regret it one day’ but right now I just don’t even want to go back there.”
Mr Stehr, who lives in Port Lincoln, was 18 years old when he started reeling tuna in the Southern Ocean.

It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It spans two levels and is on a 336sqm block.
The house has been Mr Stehr’s Adelaide base for almost 25 years.
It is for sale without a price guide.
His family has called Port Lincoln home for more than 60 years, building a seafood empire.
While he felt like the time was right to sell, Mr Stehr said in July that he wasn’t just going to take the first offer that came his way.
“The price has got to be reasonable,” he said at the time.
The grand three-bedroom home has stood the test of time with a modern interior and elegant features.
It spans two levels, the top floor of which can be accessed via stairs or a lift, and is on a 336sqm block that overlooks the picturesque North Adelaide Golf Course.
Before Ray White was enlisted to sell the property, it initially hit the market with Klemich Real Estate.
