A jaw-dropping mansion featuring two garages capable of holding 11 cars is set to drive Point Cook’s record house price above $5m.
The six-bedroom house within the Sanctuary Lakes estate has a $5m-$5.5m range, compared to the suburb’s existing $4.75m house price benchmark.
Named The Manor, the residence at 10 Greg Norman Drive showcases two kitchens, a soundproofed cinema room, indoor pool, spa, sauna, gym and an outdoor entertainers’ set-up including another kitchen, a built-in barbecue and wood-fired oven.

One of the garages is fitted with a vehicle hoist, while there’s also a showroom-style viewing gallery looking into the home’s interior so that people inside can see their parked cars.
Established Property’s Fadi Saad said that between 15 to 20 cars in total could be parked at the 1893sq m property inclusive of the garages, a horseshoe-shaped driveway and other spaces.
Mr Saad said the owner of the house, built by Lussu Luxury Residences, had a small car collection.
The agency director added that the pad had been built with multi-generational living and entertaining in mind, with the vendors once hosting more than 200 guests for an event.

A pre-market launch for the house was held on Wednesday with about 100 attendees enjoying live music, food and the home’s views across the Greg Norman-designed Sanctuary Lakes golf course, surrounding lakes and Melbourne’s city skyline.

Mr Saad said that when it came to The Manor, building a mansion of a similar size and calibre would not leave much change from a $7m to $8m budget especially once the required land component was purchased.

The star-patterned carpet in the home cinema was sourced from stock leftover from the build of some Village Cinemas.
Not only are there two indoor kitchens, but another features outside with a built-in barbecue and wood-fired oven.
He said it was likely a family would buy the house, and he’s expecting both interstate- and overseas-based buyers to inquire about the residence.
“In this day and age with building being so unpredictable and so expensive, buying a property that’s done at this scale is such great value but minus that headache,” Mr Saad noted.
“And it’s hard to find the locations to build these types of properties too.”
