Parramatta Eels star Mitch Moses and wife, Bri Gardoni have sold their Ryde home.

Parramatta Eels star Mitch Moses and his wife Bri have sold their redundant Ryde home, with the undisclosed deal going up on realestate.com.au Saturday morning.

They’d been seeking $3m plus through Ray White for the Federation home, Karoola.

It was the second attempt having tried in 2023 when they bought at Hunters Hill.

They had then sought $3.35m to $3.45m for the home.

The home has been tastefully renovated.

It cost $2.8m in 2021 before undertaking a renovation and turning it into a “timeless family entertainer”. The renovation included pulling up the deck, which the former owners had laid over the pool.

There is a fourth bedroom in a studio adjoining the garage.

Works are nearing completion on the two-storey Hunters Hill home with a pool and cabana.

Along the way he sold his Gladesville duplex development site for $3.35m having bought in 2020 for $1.8m and leased it for $900 a week.

Moses recently secured a $650 a week tenant at his Toongabbie investment.

The two-bedroom, two-bedroom Junia Ave unit was leased after just 16 days through Lamek Marouf of Laing + Simmons.
