Friend, 34, has undertaken a complete renovation of the inner west home since buying it for $1.6m in June 2019.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home on 316 sqm in Drummoyne has been brought to market by Ben Horwood of Horwood Nolan with a price guide of $3m.

Jake Friend and his wife Paige renovated the home since buying it four years ago.
