NRL supercoach Des Hasler has listed his much-loved beachfront home in the heart of Sea Eagles’ territory, and it is tipped to be one of the suburb’s top sales ever.
Records show the Haslers purchased the Collaroy coastal beauty for $2.82m in 2010.
The four-bedroom, three bathroom home with incredible ocean views has just been advertised for sale on realestate.com.au with hopes of offers of more than $9m by the closing date of September 19.

The legendary two-time premiership winning NRL coach has been associated rugby league as a player and coach for almost 800 games over four decades, with much of his success coming at Manly, while he lived in Collaroy.
He and his wife Christine have held onto their family property with direct access to the beach throughout his recent turbulent coaching career at Manly, the Bulldogs and now the Gold Coast Titans.
But a year after moving to the Gold Coast to be head coach for the Titans the 63-year-old looks to be breaking his last links with ‘God’s Country’ on Sydney’s northern beaches.
The median house price in Collaroy, according to PropTrack is $3.22m but beachside properties are at a premium and there have been two sales north of $10m in Collaroy in the last three years.
A house in Beach Rd sold for $16m and one in Ocean Grove sold for $10.121m.

The Haslers bought their coastal home Moana when Des was coaching Manly and the year before he took the mighty Sea Eagles to the 2011 premiership.

He then had a spell coaching the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs before returning to the Sea Eagles for three more years until his sensational sacking two years ago in the wake of the Pride jersey saga.
