Buy a $15m Aura penthouse, get a Porsche 911 Carrera worth $500k.

Brand new customized Porsches, each worth $500,000, are included in the sale of luxury penthouses just launched in North Sydney, and there are four secure car spaces for each owner to park them in.

Buyers can choose the colours inside and out of their Porsche 911 Carrera and wait for them to be built or take one straight from the showroom on settlement.

The two penthouses on the 28th floor of Aura in Walker St are completed and are expected to sell for at least $15m each.

They are 284sqm and 224sqm in size with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and sweeping harbour views.

Called Il Magnate and La Davina the penthouses are being billed as the largest and most luxurious apartments in North Sydney.

Il Magnate for instance has a grand main suite with walk-in dressing area and ensuite, three other bedrooms, a second ensuite and a third bathroom, an open-plan kitchen, scullery, dining area and generous living room divided by a feature fireplace. There is also a multifunction wintergarden which could be used as a study.

Designer Kirsten Stanisich, said the Richards Stanisich studio set out to craft residences that were contemporary and deeply connected to their setting.

“From the outset, we approached these penthouses with the sensibility of a grand Parisian residence – generous in scale, elegant in proportion and designed to feel more like a handcrafted home than an apartment,” she said.

Owners will also receive a private concierge service which can manage everything from dinner party organizing, pet feeding or plants watered right up to arranging travel visas and international airfares.

The concierge provides bespoke personal service not unlike living in a world-class hotel, according to the developers.

Aura consists of 386 apartments in a development next to Victoria Cross Metro.

There have been more than $850m in sales already with the penthouses expected to push the project to more than $1.15bn – the highest amount for any development north of the Harbour Bridge.

Most of the people buying into Aura are downsizers from the North Shore coming out of large family homes and looking for oversized lock-up and go residences amid transport and restaurants.

Meanwhile, Aqualand is also building a 390 build to rent unit complex in Arthur St and developing another Arthur St site with a hotel and more build to rent apartments.
