Nicole Kidman has sold one of her apartments in Milsons Point’s Latitude complex.
It was the most recent of her six acquisitions in the high-rise that enjoys Harbour Bridge and Opera House views.
The three-bedroom 15th floor apartment that cost $7.725m in 2023 fetched a building record $8.5m when sold to winemaker David Madson. The hitherto unreported sale, which went undetected amid Kidman’s labyrinth of nondescript shelf companies, occurred in mid-2025 as her marriage to Keith Urban was unravelling.
All of Kidman’s Lavender St apartment purchases are held through companies directed by lifelong friend, Annette Rechner, nee Overton, who grew up near the Kidman family in Lane Cove.

Kidman had owned the home for only two years.

There have been no further signs of any other property transactions occurring since Kidman and Urban finalised their divorce in September. Their official Tennessee court records indicate that Kidman, as the plaintiff, and her husband, as the defendant, will each retain their individual properties in the divorce.
The compulsory filing by the ultra-private duo revealed that all the properties had been “purchased under either a trust or an LLC, and that the original agreements stipulate who will retain ownership of each property.”

The properties include the Southern Highlands farm, Bunya Hill, which cost $6m in 2008.
Kidman remains in the Nashville residence to provide stability for the couple’s two daughters. She has primary custody, while Urban has a visitation schedule which was prepared in late August.
The news of the separation came in late September and has since been followed by unconfirmed speculation that the couple began living apart early during the American summer that kicks off in June. But their social media did acknowledge their 19th wedding anniversary in late June.

The recently sold apartment was the sixth in the building, with the first being in 2009 at $6m. It was followed by a $7m buy in 2012, with the two 21st floor penthouses consolidated into an 800 sqm two-level residence. A 19th floor apartment was snapped for $2.68m in 2011. In 2021 there was a two-bedroom 20th floor apartment that cost $2.78m with a fourth floor one-bedroom unit costing $1.35m in 2022.
The news also comes amid reports Urban has moved in with his new girlfriend after his divorce from Kidman was finalised earlier this month.

According to the New York Post, “everyone is adamant” that Urban, 58, is involved with someone new, and that it’s “serious” — speculation about Urban’s current girlfriend is centred on country star Karley Scott Collins, 26
The New York Post noted that “there is no suggestion they had an affair.”
