More than 300 home sites in a new masterplanned community to be built at Onkaparinga Heights will hit the market this month.
South will offer house and land packages in a rezoned area of an Adelaide region that until recently had limited new home options available.
National developer Peet with Tokyo Gas Real Estate Australia launches South today, with sales opening on July 25.
The masterplanned community, which is about 32km from Adelaide with direct access to the Southern Expressway, will include about 320 homes on a 17.8h site between Gates and Hepenstal roads.

The community will also have plenty of open space, future childcare facilities and a proposed display village with up to 20 homes.
Peet state manager Mark Devine said South would offer quality new housing in one of Adelaide’s most desirable lifestyle regions.
“Adelaide’s south has always been one of the city’s best-kept secrets, but the reality is that new housing supply simply hasn’t kept pace with demand in this part of the market,” he said.

“For a long time, if you wanted a new home in Adelaide’s southern suburbs, your options were limited.
“We’re delivering a new community that gives buyers access to the coast, hills, wine country and everything that makes living down south so appealing, with land starting from $355,000.”
Onkaparinga Heights was changed from rural land to a masterplanned neighbourhood zone in 2023 following a state government initiative to unlock housing supply in the southern suburbs.
It is eventually expected to have more than 2000 new homes.
Among those are 1000 homes in a $750m development to be built by Laser that will include larger family-sized allotments, courtyard homes, villas and townhouses.
Househunter Rebecca Johnson said South could be one of her last chances to own a home.
Purchasing on a single income, the local high school teacher has a tight budget, restricting her search.
She has not only been priced out of the established market but has missed out on other land releases in the area because they are in such high demand.
“It was super devastating (missing out),” she said.
“It’s just such a tough market at the moment for first-home buyers, especially for singles.
“There are two blocks of land that I’m interested in at South.”
Ms Johnson was hopeful she would be able to secure one so she could finally own her own home.
