Prospective buyers can now enjoy the opportunity to experience a new standard in contemporary living with the opening of six new designer display homes in South East Queensland’s newest lifestyle community offering for over-50s – Vantage Lilywood by Avid Property Group (Avid).
At a boutique launch event earlier this month, the land lease community officially opened its new sales and information office and the display homes giving guests a first look into the community’s lifestyle offering.
Vantage Lilywood is set against the backdrop of the D’Aguilar mountain range.
In addition to the community’s new homes, residents will have access to resort-style facilities which include a future clubhouse, pools, tennis and pickleball courts, gym and sauna.
Avid chief executive Anthony Demiris said the opening was an opportunity to showcase the quality of the homes that will soon populate the growing community, which are designed to match the evolving needs of the over-50s buyer demographic.

“We have seen such a seamless and enthusiastic transition into our new homes from buyers in our other Vantage communities, so we’re really looking forward to being able to offer the benefits of a Vantage home that have been so popular elsewhere to the Caboolture region,” he said.
“These six display homes have been thoughtfully created to encapsulate elevated design with meaningful connection and living, embodying the Vantage experience wholly.
“From the moment guests arrive, they’ll experience the warmth and ease that defines life at Vantage Lilywood.
“Each home offers buyers ample storage space in addition to the two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-car garage design, meaning residents can downsize in style without having to sacrifice the space and comfort they are accustomed to.”

Mr Demiris said the opening marked the beginning of an exciting series of development milestones across Vantage’s Queensland portfolio, with display homes opening on Saturday, July 11, in the Vantage Logan Reserve community and a multimillion-dollar clubhouse opening on Saturday, July 25, in Vantage Hervey Bay, which has already grown to host more than 100 residents since launching to market last year.
Each of the six new display homes at Vantage Lilywood – the Prospect 23, Edge 20, Vista 19, Ridge 17, Domain 20, and Apex 22 – has been designed and delivered by Avid’s award-winning builder arm, Villaworld Homes.
Mr Demiris said prospective buyers would now be able to immerse themselves in the home designs, with tours through the new display homes meaning interested buyers could purchase with certainty that they would love where they lived.

Entrenched in the design process from conception to completion, Avid general manager housing Peter Wood said the new display homes at Vantage Lilywood reflected the high standards of design and liveability that buyers had come to expect from the builder.
“Our approach is centred on creating homes that feel welcoming and deeply connective, without compromise on quality or sophistication of design,” he said.
“From elevated ceiling heights to durable materials suited to the South East Queensland climate, every design element has been carefully considered to enhance comfort and longevity.
“We’re proud to deliver homes that balance style with practicality to ensure that we are providing the perfect fit for over-50s looking to downsize without compromise.”
