“We really see this offering curated for rightsizers, empty-nesters and owner-occupiers who appreciate size, space, views and location,” Ray White’s Eddie Mansour said.
A new kid on a historic North Sydney block, No. 1 Church Lane will rise 14-storeys above St Thomas’s Anglican Church and the community centre, incorporating the heritage shopfront once home to The Cloisters antique store.
Each apartment has double lock-up garages on title with EV-ready connectivity.
Residents will also have access to a suite of wellness amenities, including a private gym overlooking private gardens and a reformer Pilates studio, as well as a rooftop retreat.
The boutique collection of 25 three-bedroom residences, developed by Legacy Property, will be priced from $5m and feature panoramic uninterrupted harbour, district and city views.
Designed by Nettletontribe and built by Lords Group, the building combines a site-sensitive facade with modern minimalist styling.

A calm, sophisticated home.
Refined materials.
“As the architect, our vision was to create the calm, sophisticated home, with the generosity of a large residence expressed through refined materials to create an intimate apartment setting,” said Nettletontribe director, Bernard Waller.
“We treated the building as a sculptural form. We introduced subtle curves to soften the corners of the building, as well as sculpting the podium into the laneway to create the entry.”
Ray White Projects managing partner Eddie Mansour described the new building as a unique offering in a vibrant precinct.
“The area has evolved significantly over the past few years, and we really see this offering curated for rightsizers, empty-nesters and owner-occupiers who appreciate size, space, views and location,” Mansour said.
There’s a gym …
… and a range of other wellness facilities.
“The level of thought that has gone into this future building is unrivalled.
“Legacy has developed what I believe will be North Sydney’s most boutique, rare and refined project.”
Now under construction, the large house-like footprints will be home to expansive terraces, natural materials such as stone kitchen and bathroom surfaces, integrated Miele appliances, and bespoke curved joinery, alongside interiors designed to complement the harbour outlook.
No. 1 Church Lane is close to local eateries, harbourside walks, the popular Northside Produce Markets held on the first and third Saturday of every month, as well as city-bound transport.
Incredible views.
Each apartment has double lock-up garages with EV ready connectivity.
“The evolution of the Metro line and a new amazing range of restaurants and specialty stores all within moments from your new home has transformed the area. The village and community have very much become a distinct local environment, which is very important,” Mansour added.
With construction underway, the project is scheduled for completion in mid-2028.
