A boutique Brisbane development defies apartment trends by offering six luxurious house-sized residences and one of the city’s largest residential rooftop pools.
Voir, developed by Cielo Property Group.
Perched at the highest point of Balmoral Hill, Voir includes six full-floor sky homes designed each with private hotel-style amenities.
Developed by Cielo Property Group and designed by award-winning Z Architects, Voir has been deliberately limited, allowing each home to have full-floor layouts, uninterrupted outlooks and direct lift access.

Cielo director Justin O’Donnell, Place New Farm’s Sarah Hackett, and Milton Zietsman of Z Architects.
Cielo director Justin O’Donnell said the intent was longevity over volume.
“We wanted to create sky homes that feel prestige, substantial and enduring,” O’Donnell said.
“Luxury at this level is about proportion, privacy and experience.
“The rooftop was designed to feel calm and resolved, not crowded.”
The curved infinity-edge pool on the rooftop captures uninterrupted 360-degree views across Brisbane City, Hamilton Reach and Moreton Bay.

Six integrated wet and dry cabanas are recessed into the rooftop architecture, one allocated to each residence, creating defined retreat zones rather than expansive communal decks.
A dedicated rooftop yoga space further reinforces the considered amenity.
Select residences also incorporate private plunge pools within their own terraces.
“Inspired by the organic elegance of the Acacia tree, Voir’s design rises effortlessly, mirroring the natural flow of its surroundings. Each residence is positioned to maximise light, airflow, and the breathtaking views of Brisbane,” said Milton Zietsman of Z Architects.

Place New Farm’s Sarah Hackett is marketing the project and said the scale and restraint set the project apart.
“At 400 to 700 sqm, these residences offer proportions more commonly associated with penthouses,” Ms Hackett said.
“They are architecturally impressive, house-proportioned sky homes with a level of craftsmanship and detailing signalling long-term ownership.”
“But it is the rooftop that truly elevates the building.
“It carries the refinement of high-end hotel design, yet remains private and measured.
“That balance is hard to find in a boutique development.”
Apartments are priced at offers over $5.85m.

Each residence includes three bedrooms plus a multipurpose room, three bathrooms and a powder room, expansive open-plan living and dining zones, and seamless indoor-outdoor integration.
Interior finishes include herringbone oak flooring, a 5.2m natural stone kitchen island, precision shadow-line detailing and bespoke joinery.
Master suites are designed with hotel-suite proportions, anchored by freestanding baths and generous walk-in robes.
