High-profile ex-WAG Nadia Bartel is selling the Windsor home she bought in the aftermath of her divorce from Geelong legend Jimmy Bartel.

The impressive residence is listed with a $3m-$3.2m asking price that will get buyers a four-bedroom floorplan, a fountain and series of classic architectural features ranging from leadlight windows to ornate fireplaces.

Records show the 613sq m property is listed in Ms Bartel’s name, and was purchased for $3.15m in October, 2020, made the year after divorce proceedings began.

The Bartels, who have two children together, sold their former family home in St Kilda West for $3.915m just days earlier, in October, 2020. It had been listed with Marshall White’s Ben Manolitsas and Oliver Bruce.

Nadia Bartel has since established herself as a famous face in her own right, having worked as a model and one of the clothing designers behind brand Henne, and also known for a tracksuit line.

She appeared on Dancing With The Stars in 2024, and has appeared on a range of lifestyle shows as well as in an episode of the Formula 1 TV series, as a spectator.

She’s also a host of Ticker Business Learnings.

The homes bedrooms are also home to character features.

The Edwardian house retains character features including high ceilings and timber floors, but has more contemporary aspects such as a kitchen with wine racks built in and lined with subway-tile splashbacks, and that blends timber highlights with light and bright decor.

Ms Bartel does not appear to have made any significant changes to the home, despite announcing plans for a renovation on social media in 2022.

The open-plan family and dining room is also lined with custom joinery and opens to outdoor entertainment spaces via sliding doors.

A central family bathroom is one of two in the home, with the second providing an ensuite to the main bedroom.

Mature gardens provide a lush backdrop as well as privacy for outdoor entertaining.

A formal living room and laundry complete the interior spaces.
