Babe star Miriam Margolyes, the bubbly outspoken UK-born actor, who is an Australian citizen, has listed Yarrawa Hill, her Southern Highlands retreat.
Bradley Cocks at Drew Lindsay Sothebys International Realty has given $3.95m to $4.2m price guidance for the Robertson property.
Marketed as “where rainforest whispers meet ocean light”, the 62ha Lees Rd property has an architect-designed, contemporary bush home.
There are three private bedroom suites, each with sitting area and bathroom.

The home has blackbutt floors and a monumental open fireplace, and it all comes with double glazing.

Since 2014, Margolyes and her partner, retired Australian academic Heather Sutherland, have dedicated the eucalypt rainforest on the Illawarra escarpment, in perpetuity, to the Nature Conservation Trust of NSW.
It is a wildlife-rich setting with wallabies, wombats, lyrebirds and other birdlife, just minutes to the Robertson village, which seems set to see its Big Potato tourist attraction relocated elsewhere to make way for a bigger supermarket. The sculpture was repainted last year by artist Samuel Hall to feature Babe, the duck Ferdinand, and the three singing mice from the iconic 1995 film.

Margolyes voiced Fly, Babe’s surrogate sheepdog mother in the Oscar-nominated film.
“I came to the area to meet the dog, who was Fly in the movie, and I just fell in love with the whole area,” she once said.
She bought for $262,500.
The octogenarian Margolyes, who was Professor Sprout in the Harry Potter films, retains a cottage at Bondi which was bought in 1984 for $93,000.
