Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg has reportedly moved into James Packer’s $72 million Sydney mega-penthouse.
The billionaire is understood to have loaned the Oscar-nominated actor his luxury pad at the Crown Residences at One Barangaroo while Wahlberg films a new Netflix drama, The Daily Telegraph reports.
Packer bought the double-storey apartment off the plan for $72 million in 2017.
The sprawling sky home sits across two floors near the top of the landmark building, features an internal elevator, and boasts more than 1000sq m of space.

Residents also share access to Crown Sydney’s 24-hour facilities, including a tennis court, pool, and spa.
While the home is palatial, the super-fit star forked out his own money to upgrade the gym equipment to meet his strict standards.
Wahlberg is known for his highly active lifestyle and regularly shares his fitness gains on social media.
The 54-year-old star previously rented a private mansion in Point Piper during a prior visit to Sydney in March 2024.
That three-storey property features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and seven parking spaces.
“I’m not the owner of the house, but it’s been cool,” Wahlberg told The Daily Telegraph at the time.
“The only difficult part is that I’m so far away from my family.”
The 54-year-old star previously rented a private mansion in Darling Point during a prior visit to Sydney in March 2024.
The home was once the most expensive in Sydney.
The Darling Point home previously sold for $51m in April 2020.
At one time, it held the title of Australia’s most expensive home when it changed hands for $30 million in August 2007.
Wahlberg is currently in Sydney filming the drama The Big Fix. The actor plays former police officer and FIFA integrity specialist Chris Eaton.
The production tackles the high-stakes arena of match-fixing in world sport and is based on a true story drawn from an ESPN Magazine article and a book by Brett Forrest.
The project also stars Riz Ahmed and Natalie Dormer.
