The Camden district acreage of the NSW Legislative Council member Mark Latham has now been listed through Inglis Property agents Terry Gordon and Carla Skinner, who have given $2.4m to $2.6m price guidance.
It had been briefly listed last month through Ray White without public price guidance.
The five-bedroom, two-bathroom homestead sits on 2.3ha with countryside views. The building block cost $460,000 in 2006.
