Anthony Walls from Max Walls International secured the sale for the Zillman family.

The freestanding three-bedroom Stuart St house set on 277sq m sold to an expatriate family in London.

There had been almost 250 buyer enquiries for the property, located close to Little Manly Beach, which offered huge appeal.
