A double height living space is the centrepiece of the two-storey home.

InStyle Gardens, winner of a gold medal at the 2026 Melbourne Flower Show, designed the tiered garden.

Panoramic views across Fyansford to the Barrabool Hills are a standout feature of the new challenger, located in one of the suburb’s most prized enclaves, the Pinnacle at Gen Fyansford.

The contemporary four-bedroom home, constructed by Torquay builder J.K. Powell, occupies a tiered 1069sq m block that lays claim to one of the best sunsets in Geelong.

Jellis Craig Geelong listing agent Marcus Falconer said impressive landscaping completed the luxury package.

Outdoor entertaining centres around a swimming pool, spa, and patios, with steps leading down a secret sitting area and private pavilion.

“It is a custom built home and all the landscaping has been done by InStyle Gardens, a renowned landscaper – he’s won the Melbourne Flower Show,” Mr Falconer said.

“So the owner has invested and there is 1000sq m of landscaped yard, which includes a pool and alfresco and terraced areas which have just been beautifully finished off.

Enjoy panoramic views for the swimming pool and gas-heated spa.

The kitchen has a waterfall island bench, Fisher and Paykel dishwasher, double walls ovens and a five-burner gas hob.

The tiered home theatre offs push-button controlled seating, remote blinds and a fixed cinema screen.

“The house has in excess of 50 squares on offer, with multiple living spaces, high quality fixtures and fittings and a breathtaking 180-degree view so it’s quite a special place.”

Among the living areas is a an eight-seat theatre room and a double height open-plan hub featuring large windows to frame the vista.

In keeping with the super-sized theme, the kitchen has both a butler’s pantry and walk-in pantry, while three of the four bedrooms are suites.

Mr Falconer said the exclusivity and limited ridgeline lots in the Pinnacle release meant buyers would be looking “well into the millions” to replace the land alone.

The outdoor entertainment area is equipped with a stainless steel barbecue, concrete bench and fridge.

The ensuite is huge.

“I think the buyer will be local or people relocating to town who want a substantial family home,” he said.

“I think what people are realising, with the exploding cost of building, is to go ahead and replace that today would cost you three-plus years of your life and it would cost you more than what the ticket price is.”
