Sovereign Treasure in partnership with Core Property Partners are behind the project which includes a four-level complex as part of a new entry statement to Sovereign Islands.

“I am pleased to say that we are now poised to bring this vision to life and will soon create a landmark development that will redefine luxury living in Australia,” said Ching Chiat Kwong, Sovereign Treasure Investment Trust owner.

Prices start at more than $8m for the 550sq m apartments and more than $25m for the 1200sq m apartments.

Koichi Takada and MAS Architecture have designed the project, which emulates sleek lines and cutting-edge yacht architecture.

“The northern balconies have been individually tuned for aspect and their retreat on each level enables residents to step directly out into the sun, to enjoy the warmth of natural stone underfoot, and to feel the sea breeze,” said Mas Architecture Studio director Nick Symonds.

“The large sails are also a distinctive architectural statement.

“These glass fins, inspired by yacht sails billowing in a windward display of power and control, are positioned to control views and sound, ensuring privacy between residents and the outside world.”

Koichi Takada Architects principal Koichi Takada said the interiors were dynamic, but also graceful, with areas for entertaining, relaxing, and a lot of outdoor space.

“Each space you step into is separated by a threshold that defines it,” Mr Takada said.

“So, you’re always moving from a compressed and efficient space to an expansive inviting space.”

Amenities include a superyacht marina, fitness and wellness centre, on-site security, concierge, world-class restaurant and commercial offices.
