“We have had a lot of interest but it is difficult to get a read on it as people tend to keep things close to their chest,” Ms Carter said.
“But we have had a massive number of inquiries from interstate, a lot out of Sydney and Melbourne, and there has been quite a lot of local interest.
“And we have had some interest out of Germany and the UK.”

Ms Carter said about 137 groups had been through the property since the campaign launched.

Publicly-available property records show the Hewitts, who have three children, purchased the property for $4.305 million in 2021, with median home values in the coveted suburb soaring a whopping 34.7 per cent since then.
Ms Carter said the golden couple were only selling because they did not have enough time to enjoy it.
The 13 Deodar Drive residence, called The Palms, is the epitome of indoor-outdoor living, and sits on a 539sq m block just 400m from the famed beach.
Built in 2020, the striking residence “broke the internet” before it went to auction in May 2021, attracting more than 500 people on the day.
Back then, it sold for $3.75 million but after living in it for just over a month, the buyers listed it again due to commitments elsewhere and that’s when the Hewitt’s lobbed an offer to good to refuse.
