Kylie Jenner has been sued by another former housekeeper, who alleges that she suffered prolonged harassment and discrimination while working for the mother of two—and further claims that she was threatened with termination after she wrote the reality star a letter detailing the "abuse" she was facing.
Jenner, 28, is named as a defendant in a new lawsuit filed by Juana Delgado Soto on April 29, along with Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services, and La Maison Family Services, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The lawsuit comes just days after another of Jenner's former employees, Angelica Vasquez, sued the reality star over similar allegations of abuse and harassment she says she faced while working at the celebrity's Hidden Hills, CA, home.
Jenner has not yet responded to either woman's claims; however, a spokesperson for the reality star and designer told the L.A. Times that their client had not yet seen the second filing when they were contacted for comment.
Soto's lawsuit makes a number of shocking claims about the treatment she faced while working for Jenner, including racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, and failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination.

The former housekeeper states in her filing that she began working for Jenner in May 2019, but claims that she was quickly subjected to abusive treatment by her superiors and colleagues on the housekeeping staff. She notes that the behavior became increasingly abusive at the end of 2023, when Sibrian was appointed her supervisor.
"Soto says that, in 2024, she filed a complaint with Human Resources after Sibrian allegedly mocked and humiliated her for her accent, immigration status and race and called her stupid," the L.A. Times reports.
After that complaint was lodged, Soto claims that Sibrian was only temporarily suspended, but was later allowed to return her role. At this point, Soto alleges, Sibrian sought to "retaliate" against her for complaining by cutting her hourly pay, changing her schedule, and assigning her "unreasonable workloads."
Soto claims that two other supervisors on the housekeeping team—who are referred to only as Patsy and Elsy, and who are also referenced in Vasquez's lawsuit—took on new leadership roles at the end of 2024, claiming that they also subjected her to unreasonable treatment.
She alleges that she was forced to work late on her birthday, accusing Sibrian of telling her, "No one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner," and claims that Patsy and Elsy denied her the chance to take time of work so she could grieve her brother's death.
According to Soto's filing, staff members also spread rumors that she was "lying about her brother's death" and "kept forcing her to pick up trash they purposely threw on the ground."
Soto says that she made the decision to share her concerns with Jenner in a letter after her complaints to HR went unaddressed—claiming that she left a note on the reality star's massage table immediately before she was due to get a treatment in order to ensure that she saw it.
"I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused," Soto claims the wrote in the letter. "I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it."
However, Soto alleges that she was threatened with termination the following day—and instructed not to contact Jenner ever again.
"Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to 'disappear,'" the lawsuit claims, while also alleging that Soto was barred from drinking water at the property because it was "Kylie's."

Soto says that she handed in her resignation via text in August 2025, telling her supervisors that she was unable to cope with the "anxiety" caused by the treatment she faced.
She is now seeking unspecific punitive and compensatory damages, with her lawyer Della Shaker, who is also representing Vasquez, telling the L.A. Times that her client is seeking "accountability."
"My client alleges multiple employment [and] labor law violations by Kylie Jenner and her affiliated companies, and I commend her for the courage to come forward and seek accountability, recognizing that taking the first step is often the most difficult," Shaker said.
Soto's lawsuit was filed just one week after Vasquez made a similar series of claims about the abusive treatment she says she faced while working for the reality star, including "hostility and exclusion" by her fellow staff members.
Describing herself as a "Salvadoran woman and a practicing Catholic," Vasquez accused other staff at Jenner's Hidden Hills property, including the head housekeeper, of making "repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments" towards her, claiming that they created a "toxic and abusive work environment."
At one point, in March 2025, Vasquez alleged that things took a violent turn when "a supervisor threw hangers at [her] feet while reprimanding her."
Vasquez said she was "routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment."
She further claimed that any "complaints" she made about the "harassment" she says she faced were "dismissed, mocked, or ignored," according to the court documents.
As a result, she stated that she developed "symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder," including severe stress and anxiety, alleging that she was ultimately forced to take medical leave in July 2025—and felt she had no choice but to resign from her role one month later.
Unlike Soto, Vasquez did not make any specific claims about Jenner's behavior in her lawsuit—which seeks punitive damages and restitution damages "in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld."
