The New York City mansion where Ivana Trump died has finally found a buyer for $US14 million ($A21.5 million) after a massive price cut.
The Upper East Side property has struggled on the market for more than three years. It was originally listed for $US26.5 million ($A37.6 million) following the socialite’s death in 2022.
President Donald Trump’s former spouse resided in the home for more than 10 years. It was the townhouse where Ivana died at the age of 73 from injuries sustained during a fall down the stairs.

The five-bedroom residence has undergone multiple price cuts. It eventually dropped to $US17.9 million ($A25.5 million) in August 2025 before the final $US14 million ($A21.5 million) deal was reached this week.
Listing agent Adam Modlin confirmed the sale but declined to identify the buyer, according to Realtor.
The limestone townhouse is famous for its “lavish” 1980s aesthetic. Interiors are packed with gold accents and animal print.
While the home boasts many luxurious amenities, there is one key feature missing. The home has no full kitchen.
Ivana reportedly stopped using one as she got older and preferred two small galley-style cooking spaces instead.

The socialite moved to the home in 1992 after her high-profile divorce from Donald Trump. She originally paid $US2.5 million for the property.
Her son Eric Trump previously described the home as the “perfect embodiment” of his mother.
“My mum absolutely loved that house,” he told The Wall Street Journal.
“It was the last possession in the world she would ever have gotten rid of.”
Ivana’s three children, Don Jr, Eric, and Ivanka, inherited almost all of their mother’s assets.
Eric served as the executor of the estate. He was tasked with managing its dissolution, including the sale of her New York home, as well as a pied à terre in Miami Beach and real estate in France.
