Star actress Isla Fisher is chasing a $1m payday as she finalises her divorce from Sacha Baron Cohen.
Fisher has moved to sell the blue chip Aussie apartment she has owned for almost 30 years, a two-bed home in affluent Woollahra in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
The 48-year-old bought the home when she was just 19, shortly after hitting our small screens in Home and Away.
According to property records, Fisher bought the home for $171,500 in March 1995.
It now has a $1m price guide.

It was rented for as little as $400 per week during the Covid pandemic but its estimates return now is around double that.

The Art Deco home has been brought to market by Michael Minogue of JK Agency – Woollahra.
It is scheduled for auction on September 28.
According to PropTrack, the median unit price in Woollahra is $1.352m, that’s down 9.9 per cent over the past 12 months.
