The Block judge Darren Palmer (c) has been forced to swallow a massive price discount as he struggles to sell his luxurious Bondi Beach home.


The price guidance for the Bondi Beach abode of The Block judge Darren Palmer and his husband Olivier Duvillard has been tweaked by $1 million.

The $9.5 million expectations now sit at $8.5 million through Raine & Horne.

The couple bought the Sir Thomas Mitchell Rd bungalow for $2.98 million in 2015, then rebuilt in 2022.

It’s had more than 7000 views on realestate.com.au.

Darren Palmer’s Bondi home has been hit with a big price but.


The home was listed for sale late last month.

Palmer and Dullivard bought the former single-level Californian bungalow for $2.98m in 2015, when the couple were moving from Edgecliff.

The interior designer collaborated with architect John Deuchrass and construction company Taste Living in 2022 to rebuild much of the existing house. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home on Sir Thomas Mitchell Rd, comes with a heated pool plus four landscaped subtropical garden zones.

The guide for the home has been taken down by $1m.


Expectations now sit at $8.5m down from $9.5m.


It’s just minutes away from the beach itself.
