A waterfront Black Point home is the perfect place to make a lifetime of happy holiday memories, or could be the ideal location in which to enjoy the coastal lifestyle year-round.

Jackson and Amy-Marie Press bought the 21 Outlook Rd home last November as a weekender, however, with the opportunity to build their dream family home in West Lakes having since arisen, it’s time for someone else to seize the opportunity to buy in one of the state’s most prized coastal locales.

“We loved the exclusivity of it and how quiet it is,” Mr Press says.

“It’s so beautiful and the beach is right out the front. We took some great trips there with the family and it’s very peaceful.

“You can really check out there and escape the pressures of everyday life and really get away. “That view is incredibly relaxing and, particularly when the tide is in, to be able to wake up in the morning and have a coffee on the balcony and look out over it – it’s brilliant and it’s been built to a very high standard too.”

Set over two levels and sitting on a 795sqm allotment, the home has four bedrooms, all set on the lower floor with the entire top level dedicated to living, dining and entertaining, and complete with a spacious balcony overlooking the water.

“It would be great for someone who wants a getaway in one of the most exclusive towns on the Yorke Peninsula – these properties don’t pop up all the time,” Mr Press says.

“We’re sad to be selling but we’re excited to build our dream home.”
