Like stepping into a 1960s American diner, this one of a kind 'rock 'n' roll' Queensland man cave is quite literally fit for a king.
Located at 39 Princess Street, Cleveland, the man cave offers an endless collection of Elvis Presley memorabilia, including a 1957 Cadillac convertible which featured in the musical biopic movie, Elvis.
It's been a labour of love for vendor Michael Goode, who told realestate.com.au his wife Shirley often stated he was born in the wrong era.
“I love the ‘60s music and stuff like that and so I started collecting records, and I've got about 2,000 records there,” he said.

“I've got probably all of Elvis's (records) and the Rolling Stones and the Beatles, they are sort of my main collection.”
Mr Goode’s prized Cadillac convertible - and another he no longer owned - both featured in Baz Luhrmann’s 2022 Elvis movie for a Graceland scene filmed in Tambourine Mountain.

Sadly, Covid restrictions prevented Mr Goode from watching the filming take place.
“We just got a couple of photos…and they gave us a copy of the movie,” he said.

“I have got the photo there of the car scene in the front of Graceland.”
Mr Goode said he was selling the home to downsize, and was open to selling the memorabilia with the house for the right price.

“The whole shed, which is huge, is an 18 metre by 12 metre shed. All the walls are completely covered in either posters or memorabilia and I have a 50’s diner set up,” he said.
The huge, insulated shed - aka man cave - is also home to a 1938 Dodge Convertible, jukeboxes, and it has three roller doors, ample storage and secure parking for caravans or boats.

The home itself is set on a large 2,431sqm block and includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two living areas.
The large block size also offers scope to subdivide or build an extra residence.

Sales agent Gemma Coady from Freedom Property said the home was ideal for multi-generational living and was part of a tightly held pocket of Cleveland.
“It is a battle-axe block…other houses along Princess Street, where it's located, on only 400sqm blocks right now are selling for well over $2 million, for brand new builds,” she said.
“I feel like this is remarkable, or great value for someone to come and, even just get one more dwelling on the site as it’s such a big size - it's a pretty pricey street.”

Ms Coady said the sprawling land size felt like a “little oasis.”
“It's on a really premium high-end street, and when you're in there, it feels really private,” she said.
“Those type of properties that size aren't going to last around Cleveland anymore.”
The home is on the market for offers over $2.199 million.
