UDIA national president Oscar Stanley said the awards were “very competitive and highly regarded across our industry”.
“I was proud to see the winners from each state recognised for their ability to innovate and adapt to a rapidly changing marketplace and reflect the outstanding qualities present in our membership,” Mr Stanley said.
Aria continues to build a strong pipeline of development sites, primarily across South Brisbane and West End, with three projects currently under construction: Cliff on Leopard Street at Kangaroo Point, Casamia on Jane Street opposite Davies Park, and Lucerna on Filmer Street. The group is preparing to launch its next signature project in the coming months.
